Over the years, FADS has played a crucial role in promoting social support, especially in childhood.
This multidisciplinary clinic was created to promote the well being and healthy development of the 432 families who already benefit from our Social Support Units, as well as the wider community.
The clinic focuses on Medicine, Psychology, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy, offering early interventions for children, parental guidance, and general psychological support. Its purpose is to encourage healthy child development, prevent emotional and behavioural difficulties, strengthen family dynamics—particularly for those enrolled in our Social Support Units—and provide specialised clinical and psychosocial support to the general population.
The main goal of the Chave da Psicologia Clinic is the provision of specialised consultations in Medicine, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, ensuring individualized and high quality support.
We strive to promote the physical, emotional, and social well being of our patients through therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s needs.
With this initiative, we reinforce our commitment to preventing emotional and behavioural difficulties, promoting healthy child development and supporting families and the community in an integrated way.
Our team is made up of qualified professionals dedicated to the comprehensive care of every patient.
The clinic offers a welcoming and functional environment, with consultation rooms equipped and tailored to each specialty, as well as a comfortable waiting area for patients and their companions.
We also have a dedicated room for Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy, which is fully equipped to ensure effective, high quality interventions.
We offer a wide range of high quality multidisciplinary services for children, their families and the wider community, addressing health and well being needs specific to each stage of life.
In addition to consultations (medical, psychological, occupational therapy, and speech therapy), we provide services such as diagnostic assessments and therapeutic follow up, rehabilitation treatments and early stimulation, as well as individual and group psychotherapeutic interventions.
